Third Party Purchases
Your transactions and other transactions with third-party vendors on or through the Service, including Buy Now and other similar software, are solely between you and such merchant.
Stream quality
Optimal viewing experience depends on network access and device capabilities. The items will depend on your location, internet capacity, number of devices connected to the same network, the content you’ve chosen, and the configuration of the device you’re using. Thus, IPTV cannot make any guarantees about the content in these matters. Please note that sharing your subscription will result in a permanent suspension or device ban.
Accuracy of information
All data you submit to our database must be accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for all use of your account.
Compatibility
In order to access the Services, you must use devices that meet the basic system and compatibility requirements set forth in our Help Center.
Internet service and data usage
You are responsible for any expenses related to accessing the network used to access our Services.
subscription sharing
Subscription sharing is not allowed. You can only open one active stream at any time. However, by purchasing additional connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time.
Purchase details
In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the Service. Details of prices for the Services, payment and delivery procedures are displayed via the Service and are subject to change without notice.
Number of Channels and Movies (VOD)
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can change based on the update we do each week.
Commentary and downtime
In extension of our rights to terminate or suspend your access specified above, you acknowledge that: Your access and use of the Services may be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unplanned interruption or unavailability of any part or all of the Services for any reason.
All communications and notices made or given with the understanding of this Agreement shall be in the English language. We reserve all power to immediately terminate or limit your use of the Services or access to Content at any time, without notice or liability, if IPTV XP “determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, or have disregarded any law, rule or regulation.
The IPTV ECO logo and other IPTV ECO marks, graphics and text are trademarks of the IPTV ECO. None of IPTV ECO trademarks may be copied, downloaded or otherwise exploited.
